Double Roll Crusher (Implementation standard MT/T 951-2005)
Since the domestic limestone type powerful XCMD Double Roll Crusher was developed by Xinchuan, Xinchuan absorbed European technology and kept innovating to produce new type of interchangeable teeth, adjustable gap, etc. This crusher has the advantages of high rate of finished product, good shape of finished product, large crushing capacity, long service life, easy maintenance and so on. It can replace foreign powerful double roll crusher. Our company has 6 patents of this crusher, which is a special screening crusher for the production of calcined materials in vertical kiln and rotary kiln in China. Meanwhile, our company is the equipment research unit of Inner Mongolia Building Material Design and Research Institute for the research and study of rock ore crushing process for calcium carbide.
This series of products is also suitable for coarse, medium and fine crushing of brittle lumpy materials in coal, electric power, environmental protection as well as chemical industries (materials with compressive strength not exceeding 125-175MPa, such as raw coal, coal gangue, coke, gypsum, talc, wollastonite, kaolin, granite, etc.).

Remark
1.The production capacity in the table is based on continuous uniform feeding of medium hardness rocks whose materials do not contain clay, whose moisture content is less than 5%, whose feed size is less than the maximum feed size (the feed contains not less than 10% of the total feed size of the discharge size), and whose loose density is 1.6t/m³ (stone density is 2.7t/m³).
2.The parameters in the table are affected by different factors such as material type, material nature, material hardness, raw material particle size, water and mud content in raw material, feeding method, working environment of mine. The production capacity of the equipment will produce large differences, and the data in the table is for reference. Please contact us for specific applications.
